A tragic accident left Steve Connor, United States Navy Second Class Machinist Mate, an amputee and disabled Veteran. Since the accident, Steve and his wife, Keri hoped to have the 1967 Dart restored.

Spearheaded by the custom vehicle builders of Finish Line Speed Shop, project Dream Dart has received the generous support of a number of aftermarket companies including Covercraft.

Twenty electric events spanning the country are on tap for the 2016 event season highlighted by the BIGGIE – the Goodguys 19th PPG Nationals, July 10-12 at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus. The East Coast Nationals returns to its original home - the scenic Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, New York, June 10-12. The 5th Nostalgia Nationals at Beech Bend Raceway Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky will be held October 14-16 moving it deeper into the fall as it was from 2007-2010. The Goodguys West Coast Nationals celebrates its 30th birthday in Pleasanton, August 26-28. Another big change is the awarding of Goodguys 2016 Tank’s Hot Rod of the Year. The signature award for ’48 and older hot rods will be selected at the 11th Nashville Nationals May 13-15 at Nissan Stadium – home of the Tennessee Titans.

MASSILLON, Ohio (Oct. 26 2015) – Valspar Automotive will offer SEMA attendees a chance to meet, greet and take home the autograph of one or two reality television show celebrities at this year’s SEMA Show.
Valspar’s Custom brand, House of Kolor (HOK), will host Richard Rawlings and John D’Agostino in booth #23513 in the Central Hall on Tuesday Nov. 3. Rawlings, owner of Gas Monkey Garage and star of from the Discovery Channel’s Fast N’ Loud, will be there from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., and D’Agostino, owner of Celebrity Customs, will visit from 2 to 3 p.m. HOK’s creator, famed Jon Kosmoski, will also make appearances throughout the show.

The SEMA Show is a place where companies display new products, educate and often host events that attendees can enjoy, and Chemical Guys will be partaking in all. Blue Sea Systems Fuse Blocks

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis., October 12, 2015 – With the recent integration of Blue Sea System products into Del City’s portfolio, Del City has now added 22 of their fuse holders and fuse blocks to our fuse and fuse accessory category.

The newly expanded offering includes fuse holders and fuse blocks for the most popular glass, blade and bolt-on fuse types. While the bolt-on fuse holders mainly support one circuit, some of the glass and blade fuse blocks are designed for 6 to 12 circuits and are available in bussed or non-bussed configurations. Designed for harsh environments, the majority of this product line is marine grade and satisfies American Boating and Yacht Council (ABYC) and United States Coast Guard (USCG) requirements.
